The cost for certified copies of Birth, Death, and Marriage Certificates is $10 each.

The cost for genealogy records is dependent on the search as explained in the instructions of the Application for Genealogical Services.

For Vital records and Marriage Certificates not classified as “genealogy”, request must be notarized with copy of driver's license

Dog Licensing

All dogs 4 months and older must be licensed and such license must be renewed annually
Current rabies vaccination is required at time of licensing and renewal
The cost of licensing is $13 for unaltered dogs and $5 with proof of spay/neuter certificates

Transfer Station

The Transfer Station is located at 1001 Blockville Watts Flats Road behind the Highway Building. The Transfer Station is for Town of Harmony residents only. A dump sticker is required to use the facility. The cost of a sticker is $80 for the calendar year.

You are allowed 4 bags and 1 large item per week.

NO ELECTRONICS OR TIRES ALLOWED.

Hours are Saturday from 9am - 2pm.

Spring cleanup is in May.

Residents of the Town of Harmony and the Village of Panama are welcome to dispose of as much refuse as needed during those days.

Again, NO ELECTRONICS OR TIRES ALLOWED.

Watts Flats Park

Park Rules:

No alcoholic beverages are permitted on the property
No littering of trash
No vandalism of the premises and its contents
Park closes at 10pm

If you would like to rent the pavilion, contact the Town Clerk for availability, and fill out the application for rental. A desposit is required.

Building Permits

Applications for Building Permits are available during open office hours or can be printed, filled out, and dropped off for review; or schedule a time when the Code Enforcement Officer is in the office.
