The Transfer Station is located at 1001 Blockville Watts Flats Road behind the Highway Building.
The Transfer Station is for Town of Harmony residents only. A dump sticker is required to use the facility. The cost of a sticker is $80 for the calendar year. You are allowed 4 bags and 1 large item per week. NO ELECTRONICS OR TIRES ALLOWED.
Hours are Saturday from 9am - 2pm.
Spring cleanup is in May. Residents of the Town of Harmony and the Village of Panama are welcome to dispose of as much refuse as needed. Again, NO ELECTRONICS OR TIRES ALLOWED.
